Our bagels are made in the traditional New York style: slow-fermented dough that is boiled and then baked. Our bagel dough is made from six simple ingredients:  flour, sea salt, yeast, organic cane sugar, honey, and water. All bagels are produced in a home kitchen that may also process common food allergens.

Everything: Flour, sea salt, yeast, organic cane sugar, honey, water, sesame seeds, mined garlic, minced onion, poppy seeds (contains: wheat).

Jalapeno cheddar: Flour, sea salt, yeast, organic cane sugar, honey, water, jalapenos, cheddar cheese (contains: wheat).

Asiago: Flour, sea salt, yeast, organic cane sugar, honey, water, asiago cheese (contains: wheat).

Cream cheese ingredients:

Lavender honey: Pasteurized milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, guar gum, carob bean gum, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, fresh lavender, raw honey (contains: milk).
