FAQ

How can I get bagels from Bagel Brothers?

Bagels are exclusively available for pickup or delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders are due by noon on the previous day. Porch pickup is available between 4-6 pm, and deliveries are made between 2-5 pm. If you want your order picked up or delivered on a specific day other than the next delivery day, please specify the date in the additional notes section below. A confirmation email will be sent after every order, followed by a final email with the pickup address once the order is completed. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].

What makes Bagel Brothers’ bagels so special?

At Bagel Brothers, every order is made fresh. Our bagels are made in the traditional New York style: slow-fermented dough that is boiled and then baked.

Can you slice the bagels for me?

Our bagels are made fresh for each order. Slicing the bagels allows air to access the interior, which causes them to go stale faster,  And because the Bagels are so fresh, they don’t even need toasting on the day they’re made.

How long do the bagels stay fresh?

Our bagels are best when eaten the same day or within 2-3 days. We recommend refrigerating the Asiago, Lemon-blueberry, Jalapeno-Cheddar, and Cinnamon raisin bagels immediately. Bagels can be frozen for up to 3 months. We recommend taking bagels out of the freezer, letting them come to room temperature, and then toasting them, not microwaving them, to preserve their texture.

Where can I find information on ingredients?

Nutrition and ingredient info for all our bagels can be found HERE.

Do you have a phone number? How do I reach you?

We do not have a phone number. If you need to reach us, fill out the contact form on the website, message us on Facebook or Instagram, or email us at [email protected]. We will get back to you as quick as we can.

Why can’t I mix and match my bagel order?

We make all of our bagels fresh when an order is placed. Each batch of dough yields 6 or 12 bagels, and certain flavors cannot be made individually. We hope to offer some mix and matching in the future when ordering online and do offer it when catering large events as well as farmer’s markets.

Can you ship bagels?

Not yet, but we are working on this! We will announce it when we start shipping bagels.

Are your bagels vegan?

The plain, everything, cinnamon sugar, cinnamon raisin, and lemon blueberry bagels are free of dairy, but they are boiled in honey. If you would like to request that your bagels not be boiled in honey, you can add it in the additional comments section when checking out.
